
GoCollect Special Request (GSR) is a premium search service for retired or hard to find products offered exclusively to GoCollect.com customers. It's a simple process that typically averages between 2-4 weeks... here's how it works:
- When you place a GSR order, GoCollect will authorize your credit card, but not bill you until the piece ships. You will immediately receive a confirmation email that a GSR has been opened.
- If your GSR order is taking longer then expected, we will send you an email letting you know that we are still in the process of searching for your order.
- The final email you receive will contain a shipment confirmation and tracking number. You are billed at that time and your credit card is charged for your GSR; and the order is complete.
Terms & Conditions (Please Read)
- All products are new and in the original box unless otherwise noted.
- You must provide a valid email address to place a GSR. Failure to provide one may result in cancellation of your GSR because we are unable to communicate with you.
- GSR prices include a service fee in order to search for and obtain hard-to-find, rare or secondary market collectibles.
- Regular shipping charges apply according to the GoCollect shipping schedule. Click here for shipping charges.
- All GSR sales are final and complete once you have received the GSR piece. If the piece is lost or damaged in transit, it will be exchanged.
- GoCollect reserves the right to deny any customer GSR service, with or without cause at any time.
- GoCollect may reduce the quantity of a single piece in your GSR, fill it with a lesser quantity and cancel the remaining requests if only a limited quantity is available to GoCollect.
- Depending on the nature of your GSR, it may take GoCollect longer than 4 weeks to complete. However, your GSR will remain open, and we will continue the search for your piece(s) until it is either completed or canceled by the customer.
- GSR Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel a GSR only until such time GoCollect has located the item to complete your GSR. You must do so, in writing by email to support@gocollect.com and receive back confirmation of cancellation.
- You may not cancel a GSR once the item has been located on your behalf by GoCollect. Click for GSR Return Policy.
- Your GSR will remain open until it's completed/cancelled by GoCollect.com or cancelled by you, subject to the Cancellation Policy detailed in #9 above.
- In the event GoCollect is unable to complete your GSR, you will be promptly notified that the GSR has been closed and you will not be billed. However, you may place a GSR order for that item at a later date to initiate a new search.
- The GoCollect Terms & Conditions not modified by the above apply to any GSR order.
