Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.5% is added to all orders shipped to New York State addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside New York.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

You can estimate the time it will take for your order to arrive by adding the processing time under "Availability" (on each product page), to the shipping method you selected. For example, products that "Usually ship within 24 to 72 hours" with "Second Day Air" will arrive in approximately 3-5 days.

Pre-Orders

The exact delivery date on Pre-Order items is unknown, unless a release date is specified on the product pages. Once an order is placed, the item will ship when the manufacturer releases it to GoCollect.

Why does GoCollect.com sometimes split my orders?

GoCollect has multiple locations from which product is shipped; and your order is shipped from the closest shipping location to your destination. If an entire order cannot be filled by a single location, it will split to get you the product sooner. If an order is split, it will still arrive within the timeframe estimated at no additional cost.
