This poster designed as a comic strip features a version of Mickey Mouse. Disney characters served as inspiration for several artists during this time. Many of the early psychedelic poster artists also created comics, including Rick Griffin who designed this poster along with Stanley Mouse. The second comic strip on this poster features Griffin's character "Murphy" a surfer he created for his work with surfing magazines.
