Important Prerequisite
Before you can access our CSV upload or API integration features, you need to be registered on GoCollect.com. Don't worry - a paid subscription is not required for data sharing.
If the email button doesn't work, follow these steps:
Ensure you're registered on GoCollect.com (no subscription needed)
Open your preferred email client
Compose a new email to: tech@gocollect.com
Subject: CSV Upload Access Request
In the body, include:
Your email address registered with GoCollect
Your company name
Your contact email (if different)
Send the email
We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Step 2: Verification
Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if needed.
Step 3: CSV Template and Instructions
Once approved, you'll have access to our CSV template and detailed instructions on how to prepare your data. This documentation is available in your account dashboard.

Step 2: Verification
Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if needed.
Step 3: API Documentation and Key
You can obtain your API key at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the "Manage Account" menu located in the top right corner. Click on "API Tokens" to generate your key.
Note: While you can generate an API key at any time, it will only be functional once you've been granted appropriate access.
