Congrats, you now have a pro account at GoCollect! But what does that mean? There's a lot you can do with the account, such as tracking your collection to looking up prices. These new resources can seem overwhelming, but I promise, they aren't! This quick reference guide will review the main tools you can use to become a better collector!

The GoCollect landing page / Dashboard

The main landing page is where most of us go when we access the site. This page gives you a quick overview of auctions your tracking, sales your tracking, news and reviews, and notifications. To the left, you'll see a column listing the different landing pages for a specific collectible, including; Comics, Concert Posters, and Video Games. You can also search for items in the top search tool.

My Lists & Trackers

This page allows you to build a database for your collection. Currently, you can build a database for your personal comic book, concert poster, and video game collection. You can break the lists down even further into:

Collectible I own
Collectible I want
Collectible I like
Ready to sell
Willing to trade
Sales I'm tracking
Collectibles I'm watching
Sales archive

You can nest these lists under a larger umbrella, or leave them as is. You can also name and add notes to your lists. This is a great way to truly track what you love. Plus if you're ever at a collectibles show or a storefront, you can easily access our website -- and your lists -- from your phone.

Collectors Pages

Each of these collectors tabs gives you a market overview, as well as collector-specific tools to help you become a better collector. Each landing page is similar to the main GoCollect front page.

Each collectors section allows users the option of tracking auctions and sales. There is also news and reviews to the bottom and right-hand side of the screen. If you're interested in following sale trends and auctions, this is the best place. These tools show you the market in real-time -- no need to wait for guides to update!

Under the Comics tab, you can look up a comic by its third-party grade certification number, and you can also scan books into the database from there. The Comics section also allows you to look up a series by title, and the different comic book eras.

Sales, Sales, Sales

Each item on any of the price guides includes CGC census data, sales from multiple grading companies, FMV, past sales, and average sale prices to help inform your buys as well as your sales.

More than just Comics...

The Concert Poster section functions the same way as the Comic section, but this area allows collectors to look up Bands & Performers, Concert Venues, and Concert Promoters. This is a viable tool when researching posters, or just for your own general knowledge.

The Video Game section functions the same way as the prior two, but the only other option aside from Market Overview is Platforms. This page lists almost every video game platform that was or is currently available for home use.

Our pages are user-friendly, and I urge you all to go through and become familiar with each section. There's a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips, as well as the tools you need to be a better collector!
