What is GoCollect?
GoCollect is an online price guide that shows real-time fair market values for professionally graded collectibles. We gather the sales from the various online auction houses and use that data to give you a better idea of what a collectible item's value can be at any given time.
How much does GoCollect cost?
While it is free to register an account, we also offer subscription options with both monthly and annual plans, providing significant savings with the annual option.
Paid members gain access to additional features designed to enhance their collecting experience and provide deeper insights into the market.

How often is sales data updated?
We receive sales data daily and actively add it to our database. However, there is a 1-2 day processing period between when we receive the data and when it becomes visible on our site. For example, if an auction concludes on Monday, the sale data will likely be available to our customers by Wednesday on GoCollect.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go, but if you need to cancel you can either contact us and we’ll start the process for you, or you can go into the Billing section of your account and click "Cancel Subscription" as shown in the below images:
You can also cancel through your Paypal account, if you were a longtime subscriber that previously used Paypal for your subscriptions. You can find instructions and more details for cancelling on Paypal at the following link. If you have issues cancelling your Paypal subscription, just contact us and we'll give you a hand!
How do I upgrade from a free account or change my subscription plan?
Upgrading from a free account or switching between subscription plans is simple!
Log in to your GoCollect account, navigate to billing (see below picture), and select the plan that best suits your needs.
You can upgrade to a paid plan or switch between subscription plans with just a few clicks.

Where do I change my payment info?
To update your payment information, log in to your GoCollect account and navigate to your Billing area.
From there, locate the Payment Methods, and add your new payment details.
Once you have filled out the information for your payment just click the save button and you're all set!

How do I report an issue if GoCollect is down or not working?

How do I report an issue or mistake on the GoCollect website?
If you find a problem/bug with the site, you can contact us through the following link and we’ll do whatever we can to clear up the issue.
You can also go to each individual sale & flag that sale if there is a mistake or some other problem with it. From there our staff will review it to correct the issue.
