GoCollect is an online price guide that shows real-time fair market values for professionally graded collectibles. We gather the sales from the various online auction houses and use that data to give you a better idea of what a collectible item's value can be at any given time.

While it is free to register an account, we also offer subscription options with both monthly and annual plans, providing significant savings with the annual option.

We receive sales data daily and actively add it to our database. However, there is a 1-2 day processing period between when we receive the data and when it becomes visible on our site. For example, if an auction concludes on Monday, the sale data will likely be available to our customers by Wednesday on GoCollect.

We’re sorry to see you go, but if you need to cancel you can either contact us and we’ll start the process for you, or you can go into the Billing section of your account and click "Cancel Subscription" as shown in the below images:

You can also cancel through your Paypal account, if you were a longtime subscriber that previously used Paypal for your subscriptions. You can find instructions and more details for cancelling on Paypal at the following link. If you have issues cancelling your Paypal subscription, just contact us and we'll give you a hand!

Upgrading from a free account or switching between subscription plans is simple!

Log in to your GoCollect account, navigate to billing (see below picture), and select the plan that best suits your needs.

You can upgrade to a paid plan or switch between subscription plans with just a few clicks.

To update your payment information, log in to your GoCollect account and navigate to your Billing area.

From there, locate the Payment Methods, and add your new payment details.

Once you have filled out the information for your payment just click the save button and you're all set!

If you find a problem/bug with the site, you can contact us through the following link and we’ll do whatever we can to clear up the issue.

You can also go to each individual sale & flag that sale if there is a mistake or some other problem with it. From there our staff will review it to correct the issue.

Unfortunately, we don't offer services to assist with selling collections; GoCollect is an online price guide for collectibles professionally graded by 3rd party companies like CGC, PSA, WATA, VGA, & CBCS. We offer the fair market values of items sold through multiple auction houses like eBay, Heritage, ComicConnect, and more. But here is some advice we can give you.

For selling your collection, there are a number of options we feel may be worth looking into. Such as:

• Putting them up on auction sites like eBay or Mercari (account or sign-up needed)

• Posting them in collectible-related Facebook/social media groups

• Taking them to a local comic, trading card or sports card shop (though they won't give you close to what they're worth since they plan on selling them themselves)

While most of the team has less experience in selling through Facebook groups, we’ve found that selling on eBay will get you close to what your collection may be worth, but you'd have to deal with packing them up and shipping them yourself to the buyer.

Now, if you're talking about high dollar valued items, you may want to reach out to one of the major online auction houses to see if it is something they would want to include in one of their upcoming auctions. Here’s some of the more popular ones sites:

From there you can contact them and find out specifics on what the grading company would need from you to get your comics graded.

Lastly, If you want to do a little of the work of evaluating the collectibles like comics yourself, getting an Idea of the condition of them will factor in if they’re worth sending to a certification company like CGC or PSA.
