June issue of PREVIEWSMedia Release --The front cover of the June issue of PREVIEWS, the comic shop's catalog,is dedicated to DC Comics' ADVENTURE COMICS #1, the start of the new series from writer Geoff Johns and artist Francis Manapul. As seen in the pages of Johns' Final Crisis: Legion of 3 Worlds, Conner Kent - a.k.a. Superboy - was brought back from the dead to battle Superboy-Prime once again. Now readers can find out what's next for the fan-favorite character each month in the pages of his new series, which will co-feature The Legion of Super-Heroes as well.

Johns isn't the only all-star writer making a mark with a new #1. Writer Brian Michael Bendis kicked off Marvel Comics' Ultimate line of comics 10 years ago with the launch of the Ultimate Spider-Man title, and now he's helping the publisher relaunch the line this August with Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #1, PREVIEWS back cover feature of the month.

June issue of PREVIEWSJoined by artist David Lafuente, Bendis follows up on Marvel's Ultimatum event, showcasing the impact it's had on a certain teenaged webslinger. Readers will be presented with a new supporting cast and new villains, as the next chapter in the life of the Ultimate Universe's Spider-Man begins.
