An overview of improvements from May through July 2025

At GoCollect, we’re dedicated to enhancing the collecting experience for our customers by refining our platform, adding valuable features, and striving for greater data transparency.

Below, you’ll find a detailed roundup of the most impactful features and changes launched between May and July 2025. Whether you’re a seasoned collector, a new enthusiast, or an industry insider, we hope these updates will bring you more value, insight, and enjoyment with GoCollect.

Some of these new features are fully accessible only to GoCollect Pro subscribers. If you don’t already have a Pro account, we encourage you to consider upgrading to unlock the full GoCollect experience.

Enhancing eBay Sales Data Visibility with Best Offer Details

Understanding true sales prices, including those from best offer accepted listings, is essential for collectors tracking market trends. We display prices exactly as they appear publicly on marketplaces, providing full transparency with a link to verify each sale.

However, for the best offer accepted sales, eBay often does not show the actual accepted offer amount. Historically, we displayed the eBay-listed price but crossed it out and excluded these sales from valuations, while still keeping the record available to the community to promote market transparency.

Now, with improvements in how we track and verify data, you'll see both prices: the actual sale price paid prominently in green, alongside the crossed-out price that matches what is shown on eBay. An informational note clarifies:

"This sale was identified as an eBay Best Offer Accepted sale. Since eBay does not display the actual accepted offer, we've crossed out the price you would see on eBay and provide the price the seller accepted next to it."

This update provides greater insight by showing the true sale price alongside what buyers previously saw, helping collectors better understand market trends with clear context.

New Consistent List Views Across All Category Pages

We’ve made a significant improvement to the category pages, such as series or sets, across all collectible markets on GoCollect. Previously, Pokémon set pages featured a list view alongside the standard grid view available on other markets. Now, we’ve introduced the list view option to every collectible category page, offering a clearer, more detailed, and organized way to explore items within each category.

The new list view not only presents richer information about each item in a clean, intuitive format but also integrates seamlessly with your collection lists. You can quickly see which items you already own, add missing items directly from the list view, and track your collection progress.

Under the hood, enhancements to our configuration system deliver a flexible and consistent layout that works seamlessly across every collectible category.

More Detailed Contributor Roles Across Collectibles

Collectors have told us they want more granular details about who created, wrote, or designed their favorite items, whether that's cover artists, interior artists, writers, letterers, or others. We listened and have completely restructured how GoCollect tracks and displays these contributions. Now, all contributor types are consolidated into a single flexible system across the platform.

You can easily view a contributor’s detailed role breakdown with tabs that let you filter by specific roles. This enhancement spans all collectible markets, offering collectors deeper insights into the creative credits behind every issue, card, or collectible.

Penguin Random House Integration

To keep our customers informed about the latest releases, we’ve integrated new release data from Penguin Random House, including a wide range of publishers such as BOOM! Studios, Dark Horse, Marvel Comics, and more. This integration ensures our catalog remains comprehensive and up-to-date, so collectors can easily discover new issues as they become available.

PSA Graded Sales Now Visible

Coinciding with PSA's launch at San Diego Comic-Con 2025, our platform now includes a dedicated PSA tab allowing customers to view PSA-graded sales. Additionally, crowd-reported sales can designate PSA as the grading company, helping expand visibility into PSA-graded sales from sources not otherwise integrated.

As a special bonus for GoCollect customers: Get $25 off your first PSA submission with code GOCOLLECT25.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to soon introduce a new comparison tool that will help you view grading companies side-by-side, making it easier to gauge market values across different grading services.

CGC Qualified Signature Series Census Data Visibility

We’ve added a new “Qualified Signature Series” column to our CGC census data display. This additional statistic gives collectors more insight into items that have received a qualified signature designation, enhancing the detail and accuracy of certification information available on GoCollect.

It also ensures the data you see matches the details CGC provides.
