Goldin, the leading collectibles marketplace, announces vintage card specialist Joe Tomasulo is joining the company.

Tomasulo brings to Goldin more than 15 years of vintage card expertise, including the past nine years at Memory Lane Auctions where he worked with consignors to offer some the rarest and most significant vintage cards and memorabilia ever to go to auction.

As an extremely well-respected Hobby enthusiast and lifelong collector, Tomasulo will leverage his vast knowledge of vintage cards and memorabilia to source amazing, rare vintage collectible items that will offer Goldin buyers a chance to own a piece of history. Tomasulo began his career in The Hobby after a successful 25-year stint at MetLife as a financial controller. Prior to joining Memory Lane, Tomasulo was a writer and consignment director for Goodwin & Co.

“Joe is universally known in The Hobby as one of the ‘go-tos’ on vintage. As an avid vintage collector, I could not be more excited for him to join our team and help us grow this area of the business,” said Ken Goldin, Founder and CEO of Goldin. “Vintage has consistently remained a strong point in the industry and we expect that to continue to be the case. We’re planning to empower Joe to utilize his vast vintage memorabilia knowledge to find the items that convey some of our history’s and sport’s most iconic, memorable moments.”

“The thriving vintage collectibles market owes its success not just to the scarcity of these remarkable items, but also because of the historical significance that each item has endured for years,” said Tomasulo. “Goldin is obviously a leader and I am looking forward to helping them continue offering collectors the chance to celebrate these important cultural moments.”

Since launching in 2012, Goldin has established itself as a leader in vintage collectibles and cards, marked by the record breaking sale of a $7.25 million Honus Wagner T-206 Card in 2022, which set a new standard in for the industry’s most iconic card. Goldin has built a reputation as the trusted leader in trading cards, memorabilia and collectibles. Goldin is always actively accepting consignments for future auctions.
