Despite their best efforts, and much to Tendi’s chagrin, everyone on the crew except T’Lyn manages to offend the Laapoonians before they can get any answers… How will the Cerritos ever make second contact with the Laapeerians if they can’t even get their first contact with the Laapoonians right?
