The 2022 NBA Draft class already looks like a very good one. Players like Paolo Banchero, Keegan Murray, Bennedict Mathurin, and Walker Kessler already look like stars. And there are several players that look like they could soon join them as future superstars. Below is a list of 5 such players along with key rookie cards that you might want to invest in.

Jaden Ivey 2022 Donruss

Born and raised in Indiana, Ivey went on to star for the hometown Purdue Boilermakers. He was selected 5th overall by the Detroit Pistons in 2022. He had strong numbers, averaging 16 points, 5 assists and almost 4 rebounds a game. Those numbers, however, came with poor efficiency.

Poor efficiency is nothing new for first-year players in the NBA. Ivey was also pressed into a bigger role with superstar teammate Cade Cunningham struggling with injuries. A year of experience and the return of Cunningham could push Ivey toward stardom. The shooting guard's 2022 Donruss rookie card is currently selling for between $50 and $75 in PSA 10 condition.

Tari Eason 2022 Panini Silver Prizm

Tari Eason went to high school in Seattle before starring for Cincinnati and LSU. He was selected 17th overall, joining a Houston Rockets team that included several players close in age. After a strong season in the Summer League, Eason became a member of the Rockets rotation, averaging 9 points and 6 rebounds a game.

Eason only played around 20 minutes per game last year in Houston. If he can get extended minutes with the team, his numbers could jump through the roof. His Panini Prizm rookie card is still a bargain, selling for under $20 in raw condition.

Andrew Nembhard 2022 Panini Chronicles Ticket Auto

There is no shame in a point guard going in the second round. Jalen Bruson went 33rd overall. Tre Jones went 41st. Alex Caruso and Fred Van Vleet weren't even drafted. It didn't take long for the Pacers to figure out they had something with Andrew Nembhard who they chose with the 31st pick.

The guard from Gonzaga quickly established himself as a starter for Indiana and posted excellent numbers for a rookie. The polished point guard is likely to only get better in year two. Nembhard's 2022 Panini Chronicles Ticket auto sells for under $100 in gem mint condition.

Mark Williams 2022 Panini Prizm

Despite being a 5-Star prospect and playing at perennial powerhouse Duke, Mark Williams flew a bit under the radar during the 2022 Draft. Centers have been a bit marginalized over the years and Williams ended up being selected 15th overall by the Charlotte Hornets.

Williams began the season as a backup but worked his way into the starting lineup around February. From that point on, he averaged nearly 12 points and 10 rebounds a game. He will surely be the starter to begin the year and it may be a good time to pick up his Silver Prizm rookie on the cheap.

Shaedon Sharpe 2022 Panini Revolution Fractal Auto

Shaedon Sharpe is a bit of a cheat. The Canadian shooting guard committed to Kentucky but did not play for them at all. He was considered to be such a talent that he was drafted 7th overall anyway. It was thought that the raw guard would need some time before becoming a regular.

The guard, however, quickly showed explosive athleticism. With the Blazers out of the running, he was made the starter or the final game of the season and averaged 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists a game and looked like a future star. His Panini Revolution Fractal Auto is an impressive card. Prices could be a bit all over the place as there are only 99 copies.
