Hulk #1 made huge strides on eBay with the new Captain America trailer, and it brought Cap #117 along for the ride.

The Hottest Comics are all about those sales. The fair market values might get the glory, but this list is focused solely on the sales volume. If we comb through the 100 bestseller comics, we see what issues are getting a second look from collectors and investors. No surprise, the latest Marvel Studios trailer is driving the market.

4. HULK #1 (+73)

The first trailer for Captain America: Brave New World has dropped, and we get our first look at the latest CGI character, Red Hulk (complete with mustache). That definitely explains why there are so many ties to 2008's Incredible Hulk. Seeing him in the trailer also explains why his first cover appearance has absolutely skyrocketed in sales. Keep in mind that he doesn't actually appear in this issue. He's on the cover, but readers didn't meet Red Hulk until Hulk #2.

34. X-FORCE #1 (NEW TO THE LIST)

The closer we get to Deadpool & Wolverine, the better those related keys perform on eBay. While we did see a version of X-Force in Deadpool 2, they just might return in a much bigger fashion in D&W. Who knows? Maybe we could see the absolutely amazing Uncanny X-Force. In any event, buyers have been inspired to grab the team's first self-titled comic.

69. FANTASTIC FOUR #94 (NEW TO THE LIST)

Agatha Harkness has reappeared in the Hottest Comics. We haven't seen her in the MCU since WandaVision, but her solo streaming series is forthcoming. That has been enough to catapult her first appearance in FF #94 up the eBay ladder. It should continue to climb as we get closer to the show's premiere. How long it stays there will depend on the reception, and Marvel has not been living up to expectations as of late.

78. CAPTAIN AMERICA #117 (NEW TO THE LIST)

That Brave New World trailer has left an immediate impact on the eBay top sellers. Red Hulk is getting all the attention, but collectors and investors didn't forget about Sam Wilson. Why didn't Falcon's first appearance jump higher in the rankings? We've seen him in several movies and his own streaming show, so there's nothing new here. Meanwhile, Red Hulk has been highly anticipated for years. That makes all the difference in which one gets the nod from the collecting circles.

82. GREEN LANTERN #49 (NEW TO THE LIST)

This was an unexpected addition to the Hottest Comics. There's nothing that makes this a key issue. After all, it doesn't have any first appearances or major moments. The selling point is Hal Jordan sporting those stylish yellow rings along with a psychotic grin. As far as modern Green Lantern, it's one of the more iconic covers, which is what brings buyers to the dance.
