For its Weekly Auction ending on March 9th, Goldin has listed a total of 3,185 items including 206 items related to comic books. That's a lot of items, so I selected several that caught my attention.

I love Goldin's new weekly auctions. Historically, Goldin has only conducted a monthly auction with mega-keys that ordinary collectors like myself can't afford. But only recently has Goldin now brought that same level of service to all comic investors with its new Weekly Auctions. Auctions start at just $5. Again, as always, be sure to check out how much the buyer's premiums are.

X-Men #10 (1965 Marvel) 1 Book – CGC 6.0 – 1st Silver Age Appearance of Ka-Zar (Kevin Plunder), Zabu, and the Savage Land

During the summer of 2022, rumors started to circulate that Ka-Zar, Marvel's version of Tarzan, would appear in the upcoming Thunderbolts film. While I'm not sure if it makes sense for Marvel to use Ka-Zar, I'd bet that we'll eventually see the Savage Land in the MCU. The Jurassic Park franchise has been a huge moneymaker for Universal, and Marvel can compete with similar intellectual property.

We also saw an easter egg for what was likely the Savage Land during Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness when Doctor Strange and America Chavez were rapidly jumping through multiple realities and flew past a Tyrannosaurus Rex. VFX artist Alexis Wajsbrot confirmed on CBR.com that Dr. Strange and America did indeed briefly visit the Savage Land.

This book, which features the first Silver Age appearance of Ka-Zar, may have some upside. At the time of this writing, the current bid was only $252. Reviewing recent sales on eBay, 6.0s are selling for around $600.

Journey Into Mystery #112 (1965 Marvel) 1 Book – Raw 4.5 – Origin of Loki, 1st Appearance of King Laufey and the Frost Giants, 1st Thor vs. Hulk

To me, Journey Into Mystery #112 is an undervalued key issue. This issue features the first fight between Thor and the Hulk and attempts to answer the question: who is the strongest Avenger? These two would go on to fight one another nearly 40 more times in the comic books and twice in the MCU. Because these two are a near-perfect match for one another, the vast majority of these fights have ended in a draw.

According to GoCollect, the FMV of a CGC 4.5 copy of this issue is $300. At the time of this writing, the current bid for this raw copy is only $31.

If you're interested in collecting issues related to these bouts between Thor and the Hulk, check out ComicConnect's monthly auction which features original artwork from Defenders #10. This issue also features another fight between these two titans.

Avengers #52, 55, 56, 58, 59, Annual #2 (1968 Marvel) 6 Books – Raw 3.0 to 7.0 – 1st Grim Reaper, 1st Full Ultron, 2nd Vision, 1st Hank Pym as Yellowjacket

Goldin also auctions sets of raw books. These are more difficult to see in the thumbnails, but there are decent deals out there. This set of raw Avengers books has some good ones: the 1st Grim Reaper, the 1st full Ultron, the 2nd appearance of Vision, and the 1st Hank Pym as Yellowjacket. While most of those are minor keys, Avengers #55 is an important Silver Age key issue (even though it doesn't have Ultron on its cover).

At the time of this writing, the current bid for this set of raw books is only $27.
