Ever since PSA began accepting comic book submissions in mid-July, we've begun to see hundreds of PSA slabs enter the secondary market. How do these sales stack up in comparison to CGC?

Even though it doesn't include the first appearance of any character, values have been rising for Punisher #218 -- a Modern Age key where we see, for the first time, the Punisher don the War Machine armor.
Will they sell for more or less than CGC-graded slabs? While it's still too early to tell, it looks like at least initially they are selling for a premium
