Everyone is already familiar with the cards of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. But plenty of other players in the Super Bowl will have a chance at putting forward a star-making performance that can make their early issues go up in price. Here are some players from both Kansas City and Philadelphia to keep an eye on.

Jalen Hurts 2020 Panini Origins Auto Patch

This is the big one. The Eagles surprisingly drafted Hurts in the 2nd Round in of the 2020 draft despite already having Carson Wentz on the roster. The quarterback has paid the team back in a big way by developing into one of the finest players in the league.

Hurts took a giant step forward in 2022 and has a chance at winning the NFL's MVP Award. Obviously a win in the Super Bowl would take the quarterback's status that much higher. Raw copies of his Panini Origins auto patch card are currently selling on eBay for $400-$600

Chris Jones 2016 Donruss Optic Rookie Card

The Kansas City Chiefs have been a perennial powerhouse for years, largely because of their offense. Because of that, some of the key players on their defense can easily be forgotten about. But this year, interior player Chris Jones made sure that everyone knew his name.

The defensive tackle, who had a dominant game against the Bengals in the AFC Championship Game, could very well be named the league's Defensive Player of the Year. There are not many graded copies of Jones' rookie cards out there, but now could be a good chance to buy raw issues to to graded later. You can pick up a copy of Jones' 2016 Donruss Optic rookie for as little as $10.

Isiah Pacheco 2022 Donruss Elite

When the season began, the Chiefs seemed set at running back with Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jerrick McKinnon in the mix. No one expected 2022 7th-round draft pick Isiah Pacheco to make much noise. But the former Rutgers Scarlet Knight raised plenty of eyebrows with a strong preseason and has now emerged as the Chiefs' top back.

Since he was a 7th-round pick, there aren't too many card options for Pacheco. The best bet is his 2022 Donruss Elite card which is limited to 999 copies. There are few graded copies, and the card is selling briskly on eBay for $20 and up, depending on the variant.

Devonta Smith 2021 Donruss Optic Auto

This offseason, the Philadelphia Eagles made a splashy trade for AJ Brown. That move clearly worked out as Brown went for 1496 yards and scored 11 touchdowns. But the Eagles also employ another star receiver on the other side of the field in Devonta Smith.

Smith, who won the Heisman Trophy at the University of Alabama, also had a star-making year, catching 95 balls for 1196 years. He has a chance to build on his big year with a standout performance in the Super Bowl. If he does, you may want to grab a signed copy of his Donruss Optic Rookie.

Kenneth Gainwell 2021 Donruss Optic Rookie Ticket Auto

Today's NFL likes to use running back committees. That is why the Eagles selected Kenneth Gainwell in the 2021 Draft despite already employing Miles Sanders. And while Gainwell plays well when called upon, he still splits carries with Sanders. That could change this offseason if Sanders leaves during free agency.

During this year's playoffs, Gainwell has already proven he could succeed in a bigger role, rushing for 112 yards and a touchdown against the Giants. Now may be a good time to invest in the running back's rookie cards which can be had on the cheap.
