If you're a fan of The Mandalorian, PWCC has several key issues related to Din Djarin up for auction in its weekly auction ending on June 11th. Let's take a look at a few of those issues.

Many Star Wars fans have been disappointed since Disney took over the reins for iconic franchise. Disappointment ran especially high after the release of Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker in 2019, the third installment of the Star Wars sequel trilogy.

If there has been one bright spot in Disney's take on Star Wars, it has been, without a doubt, The Mandalorian. Since its debut on Disney+ in late 2019, The Mandalorian has been credited with reuniting a divided Star Wars fan base after the highly-controversial Sequel Trilogy. It quickly became Disney+'s most popular original series, raking in millions of views.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian #1 (Marvel, 2022) CGC 9.8 Cover A

Star Wars: The Mandalorian #1 (Marvel, 2022) CGC 9.8 White Pages - Front

This is the first issue of an eight-issue limited series that replicates each episode of the first season of The Mandalorian on Disney+. It contains the first appearance of Din Djarin, in-story (and not merely on the cover of a comic book). And just like the conclusion of the first episode of Season One, where Grogu appears for the very first time at the end of the show, this comic also contains the 1st cameo appearance of Grogu. Also like the first episode, this issue also has the first appearance of the Armorer.

According to GoCollect, the FMV of a CGC 9.8 copy of this issue is $70. During the last two months on eBay, other CGC 9.8 copies of this issue have sold in the $51 to $66 range. As of Friday, June 8th, the current bid on PWCC is $25. Final result? Just below $50.

PWCC also has the "Virgin" variant of the same issue available on its weekly auction. This variant is likely more desirable than Cover A for two reasons. First, this version includes Grogu on its cover in addition to Din Djarin. Second, at least according to the CGC Census, it's more rare; CGC has graded only 198 copies of this issue. Like Cover A, you probably should buy this in a 9.8. According to the CGC Census, a stunning 95.7% of graded copies are 9.8s.

According to GoCollect, the FMV of a CGC 9.8 copy of this issue is $75. During the last two months on eBay, other CGC 9.8s have sold in the $50 to $100 range. As of Friday, June 8th, the current bid on PWCC is only $22. Final price? $51.60.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian #2 (Marvel, 2022) CGC 9.8

PWCC has a CGC 9.8 copy of the second issue The Mandalorian for sale in this week's auction. This issue is a comic book version of the second episode of Season One of the TV show. Interestingly, a CGC 9.8 copy of The Mandalorian #2 actually sells for more than a CGC 9.8 of The Mandalorian #1 even though #2 doesn't appear to be a key issue.

According to GoCollect, the FMV of a CGC 9.8 copy of #2 is $80. In comparison, as mentioned above, the FMV of a CGC 9.8 copy of #1 (Cover A) is only $70. As of Friday, June 8th, the current bid on PWCC is only $17. Final sale price? $43.20.
