Gal Gadot says Wonder Woman 3 is happening, and that has pushed a 1987 DC key up the rankings.

In a recent interview with ComicBook.com, the famed Snyder-verse star was asked about returning to the role. "I love portraying Wonder Woman. It's so close to and dear to my heart,” Gadot said. “From what I heard from James [Gunn] and from Peter [Safran] is that we're going to develop a Wonder Woman 3 together."

Until Gunn and Safran comment, nothing is official, but it does have merit coming from Gadot herself. Snyder-verse fans will rejoice at the news all the same, and it is already having investment implications. Confirmed or not, a potential WW3 has been enough to send buyers looking for 1987’s Wonder Woman #1.

Of course, that wasn’t the only comic making moves this week. Take a look.

30. WONDER WOMAN, VOL. 2, #1 (+NEW TO THE LIST)

George Perez’s seminal work remains one of the all-time classic Wonder Woman covers. That in itself has made it a popular find for decades. If a third WW movie does come to fruition, that will send this issue even higher up the rankings.

As we wait for Gunn and Safran to comment on the report, Wonder Woman #1 has joined the fray in the 30th spot. This is typically the go-to WW key, given the prices of her Golden Age keys.

50. UNCANNY X-MEN #244 (NEW TO THE LIST)

When it comes to the modern X-Men teams, the lineup has been a revolving door. Every few months, Marvel shuffles the members, and they’re doing it again. Now Jubilee, Dazzler, and Juggernaut will be joining the ranks, which is propelling their first appearances.

This week, Jubilee’s debut in UXM #244 has taken the spotlight and cracked the top 50 Hottest Comics.

55. DAREDEVIL #1 (NEW TO THE LIST)

The WGA/SGA strike has halted production on basically all major projects. Where that puts Daredevil: Born Again’s Disney Plus release date remains to be seen, but that hasn’t stopped the rumor mill.

The latest gossip is that Marvel Studios is actually listening to fans for a change and ditching the yellow and black costume from She-Hulk and going with the more popular red suit. It’s enough to get buyers shelling out big money for those Daredevil #1s.

66. WATCHMEN #1 (NEW TO THE LIST)

DC Studios is hitting the refresh button on Watchmen. This time around, it’s going to be an animated movie, and that’s about all we know. Whether this is an adaptation of Alan Moore’s original graphic novel or a take on one of the modern Watchmen stories, it inevitably sends buyers on a scavenger hunt for 1986’s Watchmen #1.

73. TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES #4 (NEW TO THE LIST)

Once again, the TMNT franchise has been reimagined for a new generation. Mutant Mayhem has arrived in theaters, and it’s garnering unanimous praise from fans and critics. The Ninja Turtles’ rejuvenation has inspired collectors to add more ‘80s keys to their collections. With prices so high for the early appearances, particularly anything from the Mirage days is worth owning, including a rather uneventful TMNT #4.
