Joe Quesada, the iconic creator and ex-Marvel Comics Editor-In-Chief, has crafted an eye-catching variant cover for PHOENIX #11, hitting shelves this May.

Media Release -- Joe Q is back! In the coming months, fans can look forward to seeing influential creator and former Marvel Comics Editor-In-Chief Joe Quesada's iconic artwork on some of Marvel's hottest titles, starting with a variant cover for PHOENIX #11 in May.



Quesada's dynamic cover depicts Jean Grey in her beloved Marvel Girl costume, a throwback to simpler times as Jean currently traverses the stars as a cosmic hero. PHOENIX #11 kicks off an all-new arc of writer Stephanie Phillips' hit run where she'll be joined by new series artist Roi Mercado. The story reunites Jean with a long-lost loved one in a startling resurrection that throws everything Jean knows about her cosmic power into question!
